The Opportunity

We are hiring an Immigration Strategist to architect end-to-end migration pathways for a portfolio of clients pursuing study, work, or permanent residency across top global destinations. This is a high ownership role for someone who treats every client's future like it is the only thing that matters.

What Will You Own

- Architect optimal, client-specific immigration strategies across multiple pathways and destinations (Canada, Australia, Europe, UAE and others as applicable), not just the most obvious route, but the best one
- Evaluate client profiles holistically - education, work experience, finances, family goals and sequence long horizon pathways
- Proactively identify eligibility risks, documentation gaps,



and refusal red flags before they become rejections
- Own each client's strategic trajectory, track case progress across every stage, resolve bottlenecks, and course-correct as circumstances or policies shift
- Track evolving visa rules, policy announcements, and program changes across destinations, and translate them into timing and strategy decisions for clients
- Guide clients through documentation, financial planning, and interview preparation
- Advise clients on destination, program, and pathway selection aligned to their long term goals, budget, and eligibility
- Maintain meticulous records of case status, strategy rationale, documentation, and client communication

What We Are Looking For

- Bachelor's degree required; additional certification in immigration law or consulting preferred
- Proven experience designing and executing multi-pathway immigration strategies, certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional spoken and written English
- Deep command of visa categories, eligibility criteria, and policy trends across multiple destination countries
- A consulting style that is analytical, forward-thinking, and adaptable across diverse and complex client profiles
- Comfort with digital tools, case management systems, and online client interactions
