Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel clients regarding suitable immigration, PR, work permit, and visa options. Understand client profiles, eligibility, career goals, and immigration requirements.

Provide accurate information about immigration processes, documentation, eligibility criteria, and application procedures. Handle client consultations from initial enquiry through application submission. Prepare and review client documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application requirements. Stay updated with changes in immigration policies, visa categories, and government requirements. Maintain proper records of client interactions, applications, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications. Build strong skilled relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service. Achieve individual and team counselling/conversion targets.
