Role Summary

We are looking for a curious AI-Native Engineer / AI Agent Engineer to build practical AI solutions for financial products and internal business teams. You will work on AI agents, automation, LLM integrations, RAG applications, and AI-powered workflows.

What You Will Do

- Build AI assistants, AI agents, and automation workflows.
- Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and internal systems.
- Build agents that can retrieve information, reason through tasks, and securely call tools and APIs.
- Develop RAG applications using product documentation, policies, and company knowledge.
- Build AI capabilities for banking, wallets, exchange, cards, payments, KYC/KYB, and compliance.
- Build internal AI tools for:

- Code review and documentation

- Debugging and test generation

- QA and regression testing

- Infrastructure and DevOps support

- Customer support

- Business operations and reporting
- Automate workflows such as support triage, onboarding, reconciliation, and partner integrations.
- Create AI evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, audit logs, and human-approval workflows.
- Research new AI models and agent frameworks and turn useful ideas into working products.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, testers, compliance, and operations teams.

Required Skills

- Strong programming fundamentals, preferably in Python.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Understanding of LLMs and Generative AI.
- Prompt engineering and structured outputs.
- Function calling and tool calling.
- Basic understanding of AI agents and agentic workflows.
- RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, Git, SQL, and basic backend development.




- Understanding of authentication and authorization.
- Ability to write basic unit and integration tests.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and learning skills.

Good to Have

- FastAPI, Pydantic, PostgreSQL, or pgvector.
- LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
- OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source model APIs.
- MCP servers and workflow orchestration.
- React and TypeScript.
- Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, AWS, or Redis.
- AI evaluation and observability tools such as Langfuse or OpenTelemetry.
- Basic understanding of data privacy, PII protection, prompt injection, AI security, and audit logging.
- Interest in fintech, banking, payments, crypto, compliance, or financial products.
