Role Description This is a full time, on-site Immigration Consultant (Freshers) – Sales role based in Noida. The role involves engaging with prospective clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their immigration goals and explain suitable visa and residency options.

The consultant will qualify leads, provide basic guidance on eligibility criteria, and support clients in initiating their application process under the supervision of senior consultants. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



following up on inquiries, coordinating documentation requirements, and ensuring clear communication throughout the sales and consultation cycle. The role also requires meeting defined sales targets, collaborating with the operations team, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on global immigration programs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge or strong interest in Immigration Issues and Global Immigration.
- Candidates should possess an understanding or willingness to learn about Visas.
- Candidates should possess skills in Consulting, including client interaction, needs assessment, and solution presentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Comfort with sales activities, including lead conversion, follow-ups, and working toward targets.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow structured processes, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools) and organized documentation habits.
- Undergraduate degree in any discipline; education in law, business, or related fields is an advantage but not required for freshers.
