Partner Enablement Manager/ Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to identify, onboard, enable, and drive business through MSP and MSSP partners. The candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with proven experience in channel sales or partner-focused business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard recent MSP, MSSP, VAR, and System Integrator partners.
- Build strong relationships with partner decision-makers.
- Enable partners on cybersecurity solutions and sales positioning.
- Generate joint opportunities through partner networks and customers.
- Work with partners on customer meetings, presentations, demos, POCs, and proposals.
- Manage the partner sales pipeline and drive opportunities toward closure.
- Conduct regular partner meetings, training, and business reviews.
- Develop joint go-to-market initiatives with key partners.




- Achieve partner acquisition, pipeline, and revenue targets.

Required Skills

- 3–6 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, Alliances, or Business Development.
- Prior experience working with MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, SIs, or IT Service Providers.
- Experience in a partner-focused organization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong follow-up and deal-closure capabilities.
- Ability to engage with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and senior IT stakeholders.
- Cybersecurity/IT industry experience preferred.
