Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls from customers and PoSPs, resolving queries promptly.
- Support the sales team with pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Prepare and share quotations with partners.
- Coordinate policy issuance and related documentation.
- Maintain sales reports and MIS.
- Collect, organize, and update sales-related data.
- Follow up with customers and PoSPs to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team in achieving business targets.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Insurance industry experience is an added advantage.
- Positive communication skills in English and the regional language.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong coordination, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
