High-Level Service Scope and Responsibility:
- Guidance and Resolution of Queries (ServiceNow HR Ticket Management)
- Non-Technical Queries: Provide support and guidance to clients Engagement Managers/end users on the correct use of the VMS application, deliver step-by-step assistance for outsourced service provider/external resource related administrative tasks such as onboarding, extending, offboarding, updating workers, managing conversions in VMS via self-service features.
Technical Queries
- Investigate issues that cannot be resolved by clients Engagement Managers/end users through self-service functionalities (e.g., integration failures, bulk uploads involving 6+ records, or adding suppliers in VMS).
- Liaise with clients downstream system support or VMS Support Team to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
