JOB OPENING: CROSS-SALES EXECUTIVE (IDFC PROCESS) Location: Rabale / Airoli, Navi Mumbai Process: IDFC Banking (Outbound Cross-Sell) Role Type: Full-Time | Day Shift -------------------------------------------------- JOB OVERVIEW We are hiring motivated Telesales Executives for the IDFC Cross-Sell (X-Sell) voice process. The role involves reaching out to pre-approved banking customers to pitch and sell financial products including personal loans, credit cards, and balance transfers. -------------------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Make outbound calls to existing IDFC bank customers from the CRM database.

- Pitch pre-approved offers, explain interest rates, repayment tenures, and benefits.
- Guide customers through the documentation and online application process.
- Overcome customer objections and close sales efficiently.
- Maintain daily call quotas and achieve monthly revenue/disbursement targets.
- Update accurate lead status and call notes in the dialer/CRM. -------------------------------------------------- ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA • Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC) or Any Graduate • Experience:
