Robust hands-on experience with IBM BPM, IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow), and tools like Eclipse-based Process Designer or Web Process Designer.

Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and XML/JSON.

Database & Integration Skills: Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) and writing SQL/PL-SQL queries.

Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services.

Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and version control tools (e.g., Git, SVN).

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Typically ranges from 6 to 8+ years of specialized enterprise software development experience focused heavily on BPM/workflow automation.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager) for rule-based solutions. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for modern deployments. Certifications in IBM Business Automation Workflow or IBM BPM application development.
