Mizuho is building a modern Identity & Access Management (IAM) organization that plays a critical role in protecting enterprise access, supporting regulatory compliance, and enabling secure business operations. As an IAM Operations Analyst , you will support identity lifecycle management, access administration, governance activities, operational reporting, and continuous process improvement across a global financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support identity lifecycle management activities, including onboarding, transfers, access modifications, account maintenance, and deprovisioning across enterprise applications and platforms.
- Process and troubleshoot access requests, provisioning workflows, entitlement issues, and user access problems while ensuring compliance with established service levels and controls.
- Partner with application owners, technology teams, and IAM engineering teams to onboard applications, maintain roles and entitlements, and support access governance processes.
- Support access certifications, reconciliations, audits, compliance activities, and remediation efforts while maintaining accurate records and control evidence.




- Monitor operational performance through KPI, SLA, and governance reporting, identifying risks, backlogs, and opportunities to improve service quality and user experience.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and strengthen IAM controls.

Required Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, access administration, identity lifecycle management, provisioning operations, or related technology support functions.
- Understanding of identity governance, RBAC, access provisioning, access certifications, approval workflows, audit requirements, and operational controls.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in service-driven environments with ticket management, service levels, and governance processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- IAM Technologies: SailPoint, ServiceNow, SharePoint, CyberArk, Centrify, Active Directory, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), workflow automation, access certification, ticketing, reporting, and related IAM technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience supporting SailPoint-based IAM operations, access reviews, reconciliations, audits, and compliance programs.




- Knowledge of IAM controls within financial services or other regulated environments.
- Experience improving operational processes, automating manual activities, or enhancing service delivery performance.
- Exposure to cloud identity, privileged access management, workflow automation, and identity governance programs.
- Certifications such as Security+, SC-900, ITIL Foundation, SailPoint IdentityIQ Associate, CyberArk Defender, or equivalent.
