We are looking for a experienced HVAC SITE ENGINEER to join our team at INFRIGIDATE ENGINEERS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, to oversee in office execution, co-ordinate with subcontractors and ensure timely and quality completion of project activities. The candidate should have a strong understanding of technical drawings, material handling and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1.Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project timelines.

2.Coordinate installation of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, equipment) or other MEP works.

3.Ensure proper resource allocation and productivity at the site.

4.Read and interpret technical drawings, layout plans, and BOQs.

5.Coordinate with design, planning, and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies.

6.Ensure technical specifications and quality standards are met during execution.

7.Monitor material availability and ensure timely delivery to the site.

8.Maintain stock of critical materials, tools, and equipment.

9.Raise material requisitions and verify delivery as per order.

10.Supervise subcontractors and skilled/unskilled labor on site.

11.Allocate tasks and ensure that work is completed on schedule.

12.Ensure all workers follow safety and quality standards.





13.Conduct visual inspections and quality checks for work done.

14.Ensure proper installation techniques are followed (e.g., leak tests, equipment alignment, insulation checks).

15.Maintain documentation of QC reports, checklists, and approvals.

16.Monitor safety practices and ensure all workers wear PPE and follow safety protocols.

17.Coordinate with the Safety Officer for toolbox talks and safety drills.

18.Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), work logs, and site photographs.

19.Assist in preparing work completion and inspection reports.

20.Update project manager on progress, delays, and site needs.

21.Coordinate site inspections and approvals with clients, consultants, or PMC.

22.Attend site meetings and provide technical input or updates as required.

23.Support functional testing of HVAC systems (airflow, pressure testing, refrigerant charging).

Required Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2.Good knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety practices

3.Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and technical documents

4.Strong communication and leadership skills
