Roles and Responsibilities :

- Operate and monitor HVAC systems supporting cleanrooms, production areas, warehouses, and utility areas.Ensure HVAC systems operate within specified parameters such as temperature, relative humidity, pressure differential, and air changes.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment and associated systems. Troubleshoot HVAC-related issues and ensure timely restoration of equipment.

- Maintain and monitor AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems, fresh air systems, ventilation systems, chillers, cooling towers, and associated equipment.
- Conduct routine inspection of HVAC equipment and identify abnormal conditions to prevent equipment failures.Execute preventive maintenance activities as per approved schedules and SOPs.
- Handle maintenance of HEPA filters, pre-filters, fine filters, dampers, actuators, VFDs, motors, belts, bearings, valves,



and control systems.
- Hands-on experience in HVAC operation and maintenance in pharmaceutical / vaccine / sterile manufacturing facilities.
- Positive knowledge of AHU, HVAC systems, chilled water systems, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and ventilation systems.

- Knowledge of HVAC qualification and validation requirements.
- Familiarity with GMP, cGMP, SOPs, EHS, and regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements :

- 3-7 years of experience in the field of heat ventilation air conditioning (HVAC).
- Strong knowledge of AHU (Air Handling Unit), chillers, ductwork, fans, pumps, refrigerant gases.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings related to HVAC installations.
