Role Description

HR & Operations Manager (with exposure to Business Development and/or Agency Operations)

We’re looking for someone who can operate at the intersection of people, processes, and growth.

This role goes beyond traditional HR. You will play a key part in building the organization from the inside out, while also contributing to how we grow externally.

Key responsibilities:

HR & Operations

- Lead hiring and talent acquisition across functions
- Build and implement scalable HR processes and policies
- Drive performance management, team structuring, and culture initiatives
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment between the employees and clients.

Business Development (secondary focus)

- Support outreach to potential clients and partners
- Assist in building relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Contribute to pitches and help drive conversions





We’re looking for someone who:
- Brings a solid sense of ownership and accountability
- Is both strategic and hands-on in execution
- Understands how to build and scale teams in a growing business
- Is comfortable working closely with founders in a fast-paced environment

Location: Chhattarpur, Delhi

Work Mode: 5 Days A Week, On-Site

Experience

- Minimum 3 years in HR, operations, or people roles
- Startup/agency or high-growth environment preferred
- Hands-on experience in hiring and building processes

HR & Operations

- Strong in talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management
- Experience setting up HR systems, policies, and workflows
- Able to bring structure, improve efficiency, and manage day-to-day ops

Business Development (Exposure)

- Some experience or interest in client outreach, partnerships, or sales
- Comfortable with client conversations and supporting pitches
- Understands the link between team building and revenue

Education

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree required
- MBA/HR specialization is a plus, not mandatory

Mindset

- High ownership, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Strong communicator, both internally and externally
