Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.

The role involves handling performance management processes, supporting learning and development initiatives, and guiding managers on people and organizational issues. The HR Manager will also address employee relations matters, lead engagement and culture-building activities, oversee payroll coordination and perks administration, and maintain accurate HR records and reporting.



Collaboration with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and support workforce planning is central to this position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor and employment laws, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and reporting.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in employee engagement, conflict resolution, coaching, and building inclusive, collaborative work environments.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for HR metrics and decision-making.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess a master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess experience in managing HR in a fast-paced service or travel/hospitality environment; prior managerial HR experience is preferred.
- Candidates should possess a high level of integrity, discretion with confidential information, and a solutions-oriented, proactive approach to people management.
