Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for Unicliff Edutech’s on-site team in Noida. In this full-time role, the manager will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.

Daily responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, coordinating training initiatives, handling employee relations matters, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The role also involves collaborating with department heads to foster a positive,



inclusive workplace culture and supporting change management across the organization.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and HR documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to design and coordinate training, learning, and development initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR management tools, and comfort working with data to support decision-making.
- Proven organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or similar role in an education, edtech, or service-oriented organization is preferred.
