Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Ahmedabad.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate HR records and reporting.



The individual will collaborate with leadership and departmental managers to support workforce planning, learning and development, and succession planning. Daily responsibilities also include managing compensation and benefits administration, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, and driving HR projects that support organizational growth and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Robust skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor and employment regulations, and HR documentation and reporting.
- Ability to design and manage training, development, and employee engagement programs that support organizational objectives.
- Competence in compensation and benefits administration, HR analytics, and use of HRIS or related systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proven capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a mid- to large-scale organization; experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is an advantage.
