Key Requirements:

- Prior experience as an HR Manager / HR professional in the Real Estate Industry is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations and HR administration
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Presentable, confident and professional personality
- Strong interpersonal and people-management skills




- Ability to independently manage HR responsibilities in a dynamic business environment
- Experience in handling recruitment and workforce requirements within the real estate/construction sector will be highly preferred
