Role Description This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Management role based in Bhubaneswar. The HR professional will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining HR records, managing attendance and leave, coordinating payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role will also involve handling employee relations, supporting performance management processes, organizing training or development activities, and collaborating with management on workforce planning.



The HR professional will work closely with departmental leaders to promote a safe, fair, and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience with HR operations such as attendance management, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and compliance with labor laws.
- Ability to design and implement HR policies, support training and development initiatives, and contribute to organizational culture-building.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software or systems to manage data and reports effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similar operational environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
