Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Udyog Nagar. This role is responsible for leading and managing the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Daily responsibilities include developing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws, coordinating payroll and benefits with relevant teams, and maintaining accurate HR records.

Manager will partner with leadership to support workforce planning, implement training and development initiatives, and drive engagement and retention strategies. The role also involves handling conflict resolution, supporting disciplinary processes,



and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with ARB Bearings Limited’s values.

- Candidates should possess strong HR operations and employee lifecycle skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, respectful work environment.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor and employment laws, and documentation management.
- Candidates should possess skills in training and development, including identifying skill gaps, organizing learning programs, and supporting career growth.

- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Beneficial experience includes working in manufacturing or engineering environments, managing HR for on-site operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
