About the Role
As HR Senior Executive, you'll be an early leadership hire at RISE, building and owning the entire people function — hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee experience — for a fast-growing global team.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring across teams (mentors, academic staff, ops, leadership); build structured pipelines and onboarding systems
- Manage performance reviews, feedback cycles, promotions, and exits
- Handle HR ops and compliance — contracts, payroll coordination, leave policies, documentation (India and international hires)
- Build and maintain a strong culture; manage grievances and sensitive employee matters with discretion
You're a Fit If You Have
- 2 years experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Ops, ideally at a startup
- Solid process skills for hiring, performance, and employee records
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment on confidential matters
- Ability to build systems from scratch and scale independently in a fast-paced, global startup
