About the Role: As an HR Intern at Soven developer you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks like posting jobs, scheduling interviews, onboarding process, maintaining HR databases, and other core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Support the onboarding process by preparing joining documents and maintaining employee records.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures under the guidance of the HR team.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information and company records.
- Support the preparation of HR reports and recruitment trackers.
- Collaborate with different departments to fulfil hiring and administrative requirements.
- Stay updated with HR best practices, recruitment trends, and labour regulations.
