Role Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Intern for a 3-month, full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions while supporting our day-to-day HR operations. Exceptional performance during the internship may also open the door to a permanent role within the company.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee benefits management and address related queries
- Participate in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Manage and maintain employee records ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards
- Assist in coordinating training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Support other HR administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR practices and policies
- Strong understanding of employee benefits and personnel management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well both in a team and independently
- Relevant coursework or degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
