Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at Career Mantra is a remote internship focused on supporting daily HR operations and projects. The intern will assist in maintaining HR records, coordinating with team members, and helping implement HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities may include supporting recruitment activities,
organizing and updating employee data, and assisting with onboarding processes. The intern will also help with employee communication, basic personnel administration, and documentation related to benefits and compliance. This role offers exposure to HR practices in the education advisory sector and an opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and employee data handling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work remotely in a structured, organized manner and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with MS Office or similar tools; comfort with online collaboration platforms.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Interest in the education sector and willingness to learn about HR in an advisory and counseling environment.
