About the Role
CircleRight is hiring an HR Generalist for our client, A fast-paced digital content and social media agency in Mumbai. You will handle core HR operations while actively recruiting top creative and digital talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Lead full-cycle hiring for agency roles (video editors, creative strategists, social media managers, and account leads).
- HR Operations: Manage onboarding, offboarding, HRIS records, and daily HR administration.
- Performance & Culture: Coordinate appraisal cycles, handle employee queries, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Compliance & Benefits: Oversee perks administration and ensure local labor law compliance.
- Requirements
- 4+ years of HR Generalist experience with strong recruitment exposure strictly within a media or digital agency.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring creative/digital marketing talent in Mumbai.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, HRIS tools, and benefits coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
