She Starts is hiring an HR Executive for a remote role. The selected candidate will support day-to-day human resources activities, including recruitment coordination, candidate communication, employee documentation and general HR administration.
This role requires strong organisational skills, professional communication and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently in a remote working environment. The HR Executive will work closely with relevant team members to support hiring processes and maintain organised HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
- Review applications and coordinate candidate communication.
- Schedule interviews and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Assist with onboarding activities and employee documentation.
- Maintain organised HR records and relevant internal documentation.
- Respond to routine employee and candidate enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and team members regarding recruitment requirements.
- Support the preparation of employment-related documents and internal communications.
- Help maintain structured recruitment and HR processes.
- Ensure information is handled responsibly and professionally.

What You Will Be Doing

As this is a remote role, you should be comfortable managing your responsibilities independently while maintaining regular communication with relevant stakeholders. Compensation
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
