Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment, onboarding and workforce deployment
- Attendance, payroll and employee-record coordination
- Labour-law and statutory compliance
- PF, ESIC and contractor-labour documentation
- Industrial relations and employee engagement
- HR reporting and coordination with project sites
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant HR experience in mining or allied industries
- Practical knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Strong communication, documentation and coordination skills
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification preferred
- Willingness to work in a site-oriented mining workplace
