We’re looking for a dynamic individual to support our founders and handle human resources operations seamlessly.

1. Talent Acquisition (end-to-end)

- Write JDs, source (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals), screen, schedule, and close
- Run structured interviews with hiring managers; manage negotiations
- Build a talent pipeline for recurring roles (operations, marketing, logistics)
- Track hiring metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio

2. Onboarding & Documentation

- Offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, NDAs, confirmation and exit letters
- Background verification, personnel files, and a clean digital records system
- A structured 30-day onboarding so new joiners are productive in week one

3. HR Operations & Policies

- Maintain the employee handbook: leave, WFH, code of conduct
- Maintain data of attendance, and leave.
- Grievance handling, disciplinary processes, exit interviews and attrition analysis

4. Performance & Growth





- Identify training needs and set up goal-setting (KRAs/KPAs) with managers

6. Culture & Branding

- Engagement calendar: celebrations, & team events.
- Represent our culture on LinkedIn.

Who fits

- 2–5 years as an HR generalist, ideally startup / D2C / manufacturing
- Has personally run end-to-end recruitment (not just one)
- Fluent with HRMS tools and Excel/Sheets
- Discreet, organised, and comfortable being a one-person department with founder backing
- MBA/PGDM (HR) preferred; ownership matters more than pedigree
