Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. This full time, on-site role in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar involves implementing and updating HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable employment regulations. The position includes handling employee queries, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and promoting a positive, inclusive work environment.

Executive will also collaborate with management to identify workforce needs, support training and development activities, and contribute to HR reports and documentation.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), including workforce planning and talent acquisition.
- Experience in HR Operations, such as onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR information systems.
- Strong capabilities in Employee Relations, with a focus on conflict resolution, employee engagement, and communication.
- Ability to develop, implement, and interpret HR Policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices, along with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
