Roles and Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.

- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify top candidates for open positions.

- Schedule interviews with selected candidates and facilitate communication between them and the hiring team.

- Ensure timely follow-up on interview results, offer extensions, and candidate acceptance.

Job Requirements :

- 0-1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment or non-IT recruitment.

- Solid understanding of interview scheduling processes and techniques.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
