Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Experience:

10+ of experience as an HR Business Partner for performence management, often requiring a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related fields.

Ability to connect HR actions to business results.

Solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership.

Proficiency in interpreting HR data to improve organizational health.
