We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter with minimum 2 years of experience, preferably from the Stock Broking / Financial Services / NBFC / Fintech industry.
The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and closing positions across sales, operations, and support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Recruit for profiles such as Relationship Manager, Sales Manager, Dealer, RMS, KYC, DP, Operations, Accounts, Digital Marketing, etc.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure smooth interview-to-joining conversion.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining dates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly MIS.
- Work on multiple vacancies simultaneously and achieve hiring targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Candidates from Stock Broking / Financial Services / NBFC / Fintech will be preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and candidate-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of working under deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS office
Education Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
