Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Human Resource Specialist from a consultancy background, working on target-based assignments. The specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for client organizations across various industries.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers, understanding client requirements, preparing job descriptions, and managing candidate pipelines to meet agreed hiring targets.



The role also involves maintaining candidate records, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring adherence to client HR policies and compliance standards. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to provide timely updates, improve recruitment strategies, and contribute to a positive candidate and client experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in consultancy or agency-based recruitment.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to support client compliance and workforce planning.
- Candidates should possess effective Personnel Management skills, including relationship building, conflict resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Relevant skills such as talent sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and applicant tracking system (ATS) usage are highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in HR consultancy or recruitment agencies and familiarity with multiple industry domains is an advantage.
