Role Description The Human Resources Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, supporting daily HR operations and employee services.

Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and exit formalities,



coordinating documentation, and updating HRIS and other HR-related systems. The role involves supporting benefits administration, helping organize training and orientation programs, and responding to employee queries in a timely, professional manner. The HR Assistant will also assist with attendance tracking, basic payroll inputs, and HR reporting, while ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.

This position works closely with HR management and operations teams to support a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace.

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Mumbai based only
- Salary range 15k-20k
