Role Description The Human Resources Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruppur. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating training and development activities.
The Human Resources
Assistant helps administer benefits, supports HRIS data entry and reporting, and ensures compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves responding to employee inquiries, preparing HR documentation, and assisting with payroll-related information as needed.
The position works closely with HR management and other departments to promote a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR operations and processes.
- Experience or familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for accurate data entry, reporting, and record maintenance.
- Knowledge of Benefits Administration, including enrollment support and employee communication.
- Ability to coordinate and support Training activities, including scheduling sessions and maintaining attendance records.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and comfort working with digital records.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Preferred qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is an advantage.
