Experience: 02 years (Freshers welcome)

Salary: 12,000 per month (based on experience)

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team at our Thiruvanmiyur office. This role is open to freshers as well as candidates with prior recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing and screening candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers/clients
- Maintaining candidate database and tracking recruitment pipeline
- Conducting initial telephonic screening of candidates
- Coordinating with clients/departments to understand hiring requirements
- Following up with candidates through the offer and onboarding process

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:





- Any graduate (HR/MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication skills (English & Tamil)
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email)
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
