Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates until joining.

- Manage offer letters and pre-joining documentation.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and MIS reports.

- Coordinate with consultants and other recruitment sources.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.

- Knowledge of Naukri/LinkedIn recruitment tools.

- Positive MS Excel skills.

- Experience in EPC/Construction/MEP recruitment is preferred.
