Role & responsibilities

- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with employees, HR teams, business teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

- Employee Induction: Support and coordinate employee induction and onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless joining experience.

- Exit Interviews: Conduct and coordinate exit interviews, document employee feedback, and maintain relevant records for analysis and reporting.

- HR Database Management: Maintain and regularly update employee databases, trackers, and HR records with a high degree of accuracy.

- HR Operations Support: Assist the HR team with day-to-day operational activities and employee lifecycle processes.

- Data & Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and dashboards using Excel.

- Process Coordination: Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of HR-related activities and documentation.





- Employee Queries: Support employees with basic HR-related queries and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.

- Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle employee information and HR data with appropriate confidentiality and attention to detail.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Stakeholder management and coordination

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel

- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

- Positive organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up independently

- Proactive approach with a willingness to learn

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
