Role & responsibilities

Recruitment Support

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and qualified networks.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

- Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate assessments.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Candidate Experience

- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and application status.

- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities for selected candidates.

Talent Acquisition Operations

- Post job openings on job boards, company career pages, and social media platforms.

- Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

- Maintain recruitment records and documentation.

- Assist in organizing recruitment drives, campus hiring initiatives, and walk-in interviews.
