Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Source and screen candidates for technical/non-technical roles via Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Coordination: Draft job descriptions, schedule interviews, and track candidate progress in our database.
- Onboarding & Admin: Assist with employee documentation, orientation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Engagement: Support internal HR communications and employee initiatives.
- Tech Learning: Develop a solid understanding of IT roles and industry hiring trends.
Requirements
- Education: MBA or PG in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and robust interpersonal skills.
- Mindset: A proactive learner with a genuine interest in the IT industry.
- Agility: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-growing environment.
