Roles and Responsibilities

- Organize and lead Employee Engagement Activities, events, RnRs while maximizing the participation of employees.

- Manage employee grievances, retention, and satisfaction through effective communication channels.

- Develop and implement HR policies to improve employee involvement and counseling processes.

- Conduct regular employee surveys to measure job satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with company policies by conducting induction programs for new employees.

- Collaborate with management teams to resolve conflicts and address employee concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role or related field.

- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Excellent communication and public speaking skills with ability to engage employees at all levels.

- Ability to analyze data from surveys and metrics to inform business decisions.
