HR Coordinator - Manufacturing Site
- Manage employee time & attendance, payroll inputs, and HR records, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Administer contract workforce (CW) and NAPS operations, including attendance, overtime, compliance, training, discipline, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate employee learning and development by planning training calendars, maintaining records, and tracking training effectiveness.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, cultural celebrations, and welfare activities.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, including regulatory filings, contractor compliance, factory licence renewals, and inspection support.
- Support HR and office administration through invoice processing, ID/access management, procurement, service contract renewals, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS, dashboards, headcount, manpower, overtime,
and other periodic reports to support business decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, workplace 5S, and efficient delivery of HR operations and employee services.
Experience: 12 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in BBM/B.Com
- MBA - HR
Key Skills
- Working knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and compliance orientation.
