- Recruitment and Onboarding: Run end-to-end hiring, from posting job ads and screening resumes to conducting interviews and handling onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address staff grievances, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster a positive work culture.
- Payroll and Records: Coordinate payroll inputs, track attendance, and maintain accurate employee databases and files.
- Compliance: Ensure company operations follow local labor laws and employment regulations.
- Performance and Training: Support performance appraisal cycles and coordinate employee training programs
