Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various functions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding manpower requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.

- Understand manpower requirements and prepare/validate Job Descriptions.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions/interviews.

- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and organizational fit.

- Coordinate interviews with respective HODs/Reporting Managers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication.

- Negotiate salary, designation, notice period, and other joining-related terms within approved guidelines.

- Prepare and release offer letters and appointment-related documents.

- Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.

- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, interview trackers, and other HR records.

- Track recruitment TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio,



and recruitment targets.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

- Coordinate with HODs for manpower planning and timely closure of vacancies.

- Support employer branding and employee referral initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and processes.

Key Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.

- Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good negotiation and convincing ability.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.

- Experience with Naukri/LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.

- Ability to work under deadlines and achieve recruitment targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate/MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.

- 25 years of relevant experience in recruitment.

- Experience in sales, manufacturing, lighting, engineering, or similar industries will be an added advantage.

- Should be energetic, organized, target-oriented, and comfortable interacting with candidates and senior stakeholders.
