Job Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, EPC, FMCG, Engineering, and other Non-IT domains.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, references, headhunting, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates based on experience, skills, and job suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer coordination and ensure smooth candidate joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers,



candidate databases, and other recruitment-related records.

Required Skills:

- Experience in Non-IT Recruitment
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Candidate screening and interview coordination
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously

Preferred Background: Candidates with recruitment experience in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, EPC, FMCG, Engineering, or other Non-IT sectors will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
