We are looking for an HR Recruiter & Office Administrator to manage recruitment, vendor coordination, and day-to-day office administration.

Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Digital Marketing, IT, Sales, and support roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other platforms.
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and coordinate onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, attendance, leave records, and basic HR documentation.
- Identify and hire reliable, cost-effective vendors for office and business requirements.
- Compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage vendor performance.
- Handle office administration, supplies, maintenance, housekeeping, internet,



and other operational needs.
- Coordinate employee joining, exit formalities, and general office activities.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or office administration.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience recruiting for Digital Marketing or IT roles is preferred.
- Solid organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to independently manage recruitment, vendors, and office operations.

Preferred Background: Digital Marketing Agency, IT, SaaS, BPO, or Technology company. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
