We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and handling candidate communication across various roles.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support onboarding and documentation activities when required
Requirements
1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
