Looking for a HR Recruiter

Location - Edapally, Ernakulam

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing candidates to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and consultants.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Recruit for Branch Managers, Sales Officers, Gold Loan Officers, Credit Officers, Collection Officers, and other NBFC positions.
- Coordinate interviews with Branch/Area/Regional Managers.
- Manage salary negotiation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Conduct and coordinate Background Verification (BGV).
- Collect and maintain employee joining documents and personnel files.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and HR documentation.
- Maintain manpower, recruitment, joining, and HR MIS reports.
- Coordinate attendance,



leave, payroll, PF, and ESI activities.
- Handle employee transfers, confirmations, resignations, relieving, and experience letters.
- Coordinate with branches regarding manpower requirements and HR-related matters.
- Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure recruitment and HR activities are completed accurately and within timelines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
