Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Rajkot, with a salary of up to 14,000 INR per month. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining candidate databases, updating recruitment trackers, and supporting onboarding processes such as documentation and induction coordination.





The HR Recruiter will also assist in employer branding initiatives, support HR operations, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with internal teams to understand staffing needs and provide timely hiring support is a key part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Proficiency in using job portals, social media, and basic HR software or applicant tracking systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple positions and deadlines efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes such as onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot and commit to a full-time schedule.
- Preferred educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR support, especially in financial services or NBFCs, is an advantage.
