Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Noida

Experience: 1-2 years (Call Center / BPO / Operations hiring preferred)

We are looking for a smart, fast, and tech-savvy HR Recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should know where to find the right talent, how to screen efficiently, and how to close positions quickly using job portals, referrals, social media, and AI-based tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for voice, non-voice, sales support, operations, and support roles
- Understand job requirements clearly and source right-fit candidates
- Use job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media hiring
- Leverage AI tools, ATS, resume screening tools, and automation for faster hiring
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers
- Conduct and manage high volume recruitment drives
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS,



and daily hiring reports
- Manage offer rollout, candidate follow-ups, and joining confirmations
- Build strong candidate pipelines and reduce TAT

Requirements

- Strong understanding of BPO / Call Center hiring
- Hands-on experience with job portals sourcing tools
- Working knowledge of AI tools for recruitment
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under hiring pressure and deadlines
