- Handle end-to-end recruitment for showroom and workshop staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews with the concerned managers.
- Coordinate the selection, offer, and joining process.
- Maintain daily recruitment and candidate tracking reports.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Complete joining documentation and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and recruitment MIS.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Support HR activities related to attendance, employee engagement, and employee queries.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and job portals.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities.
- Experience in automobile/2-wheeler dealership recruitment will be an advantage.
Education
Graduate in any discipline
HR/MBA-HR preferred.

Candidate should be energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable with high-volume recruitment and regular coordination with showroom and workshop teams.
